We are seeking a Corporate Director of EHS and Fleet Safety to join our team. Reporting directly to the President, this role will ensure regulatory compliance by developing and implementing EHS programs. The Corporate Director of EHS and Fleet Safety will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing EHS and Fleet Safety programs across the company.

The Corporate Director of EHS and Fleet Safety is expected to:

  • Evaluate current EHS programs for compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other federal and local regulations
  • Create and manage safety training and environmental management systems
  • Manage the Fleet Safety program in conjunction with a team of training managers.
  • Ensure that all operations and processes adhere to relevant health and safety laws and regulations
  • Establish metrics, track safety performance, and drive continuous improvement
  • Implement Risk Management Programs
  • Collaborate with leadership, employees, and outside agencies to enhance safety practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degrees/certifications preferred
  • 10+ years experience in EHS, with significant leadership and program development experience
  • Deep knowledge of EHS regulations, risk management, and safety best practices
  • Ability to travel (30%)
