We have an excellent opportunity available for an individual that thrives on customer satisfaction and is able to work independently of supervision. This is a part-time opportunity working in an office environment and at a VERY fast pace. This position will work 16-24 hours per week, with the flexibility to work partial or full days Monday-Friday.
Our Office Assistant is responsible for ensuring our Accounts Payable team has all necessary paperwork and filling done along with entering tickets for our purchasing team. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Filing
- Opening vendor invoices
- Printing and distributing vendor invoices
- Data Entry (some work with Excel)
- Entering tickets in NAV for employee purchases
