We are currently looking for a dynamic individual who understands customer service and takes personal satisfaction in making someone's day a little better. This position will cover Tucker, GA and surrounding areas. As a Junior Territory Manager, you will assist our Territory Managers in Georgia and South Carolina to develop and deliver sales presentations and customer solutions for safety footwear programs, provide sales and service support to our customers and maintain/grow business with existing customers while pursuing new accounts.

Requirements:

- College degree preferred; sufficient sales experience will be substituted.

- Excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to work effectively with people at all levels of an organization.

- Ability to prospect for new business, make sales presentations, and close sales.

- Demonstrable ability to support customers.

- Ability to assist with shoe mobile fittings.

- Strong written and verbal communications skills.

- Ability to manage multiple lines of business and maintain detailed records.

- Must be willing to assist in all areas of the business including retail and warehouse.

- Must be able to work as a team and support current Territory Managers

- Overnight travel (minimum of 2 nights per week).
