•Genuine curiosity about email marketing and digital media and how they intersect.
•Organized and detail-oriented. You're the kind of person who builds systems, so things don't slip through the cracks.
•Comfortable working independently and managing your own priorities, with an understanding of when to engage your manager or other team members for collaboration.
•Clear communicator, both written and verbal.
•Eager to learn, grow and take on increasing responsibility over time.

Required
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or related field.
•Attendance in the Greensboro office each Tuesday (required team office day) and various additional days, as needed, to fulfill the duties of the role.
